Defrost at room temperature for 30 mins
Standard oven: preheat oven to approximately 170 and then bake the croissants for 16–18 mins at 175°C Stone oven: place on an additional baking tray to avoid overcooking the bottom of the croissant. Preheat oven to approximately 180°C (top and bottom) and bake the croissants for 20–22 mins at 185°C.
