Standard oven: preheat oven to approximately 170–175°C and then bake the croissants for 16–18 mins at 165–170°C
Stone oven: place on an additional baking tray to avoid overcooking the bottom of the croissant. Preheat oven to approximately 180–185°C (top and bottom) and bake the croissants for 20–22 mins at 175–180°C
